Well, it’s official.
After 3 weeks working with our realtor, realtors, banks, brokers, lawyers, the city, permits and more, we finally closed the deal this week. We are mega pumped to announce our new studio purchase! City permits, building permits, renos and contractors galore all coming in hot and furious. The new space is zoned for light industrial work with shared amenities such as a roof top deck, gym, bike repair shop, meeting rooms, lounges, kitchen and more. On a more practical side, it’s got freight elevators, loading bays and big open air hallways. More to come. Stay tuned!
