Just chill’n in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

I am grateful to have had some time off during spring break. With the relentless push of all the projects I have going on, especially with the launch of the 2026 FIFA global poster, media interviews, and countless other tasks, I felt it was important to just unplug for a few days to spend some quality time with my kids and wife in Punta Cana.

This was our second time visiting Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Although getting there is not the easiest since there are no direct flights, we all still made it there without feeling like garbage despite the red-eye to Toronto. I drew this piece while on my way back to Vancouver just to capture the moment of relief after drawing five to six hours nonstop per day prior to flying out, as I had so many deadlines to hit before going. I felt like my right hand was on fire. It was kind of like how basketball players dunk their feet into ice to cool them out; I felt like I needed to dunk my right hand into ice as well.

The 1st night in Punta Cana. Finally, got to chill.
First morning looking out from our ground level patio and enjoying a self brewed cup of coffee.
Finally broke 180 lbs! I’ve been trying to hit 180
My personal favourite to bring for summer vacations, the Omega SMP300 seaweed.
