What a Mad Scramble!
When Nick Lo hit me up with the idea, I couldn’t resist. In the middle of designing this Nike Running x RunAsYouAre unofficial marathon tee, I ended up on an impromptu, last-minute trip to Hong Kong (April 16 – May 2), juggling art and design development across a 16-hour time difference. Even with the chaos, we pulled it off, making revisions between time zones and pushing the project forward.
We dropped three colorways, and they sold out in record time, with lineups spilling out the door. Huge shoutout to the entire crew at RunAsYouAre for pulling this off. From the in-store installations to the killer Nike postcard station, you made this collab unforgettable.
This year’s tee, Mad Scramble, isn’t just about crossing the finish line. It’s about the chaos, motion, and energy of just getting to the start.
