I rarely take on personal commissions due to my constant heavy workload, but this time I made an exception as it’s for an old colleague I used to work with during my days at Rethink: Nicolas Quintal, who now heads up the Rethink Montreal office. He reached out to me back in 2022 (yes, 2 years ago!) and wanted an art piece to commemorate Oscar, a wild Boston Terrier. I used to race Oscar around the Rethink office, as they have astro turf installed throughout the entire office. He was a real cutie pie!
Here’s the piece called “Oscar.” It measures 9” x 12” and is mixed media (latex, Krink inks, Molotow street inks, Posca, Molotow, and Krink markers).
