The cold and rain have finally arrived in Vancouver and we’re leaving just in time. We are heading off to Japan for the second time this year. We’ll be spending a week in Kobe, Kyoto and Osaka and then finally to Hong Kong for the rest of the month. Super stoked about all the places we’ll see while building up a new library of photos for our own references and a specially curated collection will be for Getty.
Every little blog post that goes up gives me so much energy to create and illustrate just for fun. This small set of illustrations took me roughly 3 hours in total using my Apple iPad Pro and Pencil and then I’d colour and finalize in Illustrator. I’ll be working abroad for a new client based out in Calgary called Bro’Kin Yolk. Pretty stoked about this new illustration project. Keep visiting this space or follow us on Instagram!
