Honoured to be invited back for the second time to speak at Creative Mornings. Despite the unorthodox format, this fireside chat with the legendary Mark Busse was requested directly by Hilary Ashworth, president of RGD. Humbled and grateful for the trust.
The theme was Crossroads, and the timing couldn’t have been more fitting. I had just landed two days earlier after 18 days in Hong Kong showing at ComplexCon, attending Art Basel, Art Central, and a million shows and parties. Still buzzing. Still inspired.
The conversation was raw, honest, and unscripted. We talked about creative transitions, shifting from commercial work into fine art, and what it means to stay rooted while evolving.
We had real talk, good laughs, and solid handshakes.
Big thanks to everyone who came out that beautiful Friday morning at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
